Competition Practice last night was fantastic! Many of our students took the opportunity to practice their competition dances in front of other dancers. After an informal workshop on competition etiquette, Chris & Karen Chaleki, two of the area's most experienced competitors, acted as DJ, MC, Deck Captain, and judges to simulate the experience of a real competition. We'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Chris, Karen and the wonderful audience whose lively involvement inspired all of us on the dance floor. And to the competitors, congratulations on an excellent job and best of luck at Yankee Classic!

Speaking of Yankee Classic, watch Paper Moon burn up the floor at the Marriott in Cambridge! On June 17 & 18, many of our students will be competing with each other and with their teachers in both Rhythm and Smooth dances. One of the highlights will be Maria and Brian dancing together for the first time as professional competitors when they do the 5 Rhythm dances in the Rising Star Event on Friday night.
