Thursday Afternoon Series!  Starting this Thursday, December 18, there will be an 11-week series from 4-4:50pm (no class Dec 25 of Jan 1).  The basic step and several basic patterns in the Cha Cha, Foxtrot, and Swing will be taught.  Cost is $110 per person; payment must be made in full by the first class.  Singles and couples welcome!

 

Teen Vacation Swing Dance Camp will take place on the 5 weekdays between Friday, December 26 and Thursday, January 1, 11am-1pm. Campers will dance for 45 minutes, eat lunch together, and then dance for another 45 minutes, with a mini-performance for parents and friends on Jan 1 at 12:45pm. Cost is $150 per camper (includes lunches).  Sign-up deadline is December 18, just three days away – contact Maria for details!

 

New Year’s Eve Dinner Dance!  Thursday, December 31, 9:30pm-12:30am.  Only $40 per person, includes buffet dinner, desserts, coffee, and dancing!  BYOB.  There is limited seating for this event – reservations and payment must be in advance (there are still tickets left, but don’t wait until it’s sold out!).  Contact Maria for tickets.

Competition Update:  Entries for the Seacoast Classic are now $20 per dance (final deadline Jan 2).  The competition is on January 10, 2004, just 10 minutes north of Portsmouth.  Couples may compete as Am-Am (2 Amateurs), or dance Pro-Am with Maria or Dave.  Their dance cards are filling up, so contact them as soon as possible to reserve your dance(s) or for more info!
