Saturdays
at Paper Moon: you’ll now always know
what’s going on when – there will be a Beginner Group Class every week from
7-7:50pm, which will
correspond with that night’s ‘theme.’
The 1st and 3rd Saturday will be Country Western,
the 2nd Saturday will be Singles (a mix of Freestyle,
Latin & Swing), and the 4th Saturday will be Latin &
Swing. If there’s a 5th
Saturday, it will be a mix of Ballroom, Latin &
Swing.
New
Year’s Eve Dinner Dance!
Thursday, December 31,
9:30pm-12:30am. Only $40 per person, includes dinner,
desserts, and dancing! BYOB. There is
limited seating for this event – reservations and payment must be in advance
(don’t wait until it’s sold out!).

It’s not too late to
join Formation Team
B, which will be performing a feisty Cha Cha, and you don’t need a partner! Practices are Mondays
8-8:50pm Dec 15-Feb 16 (final
dress rehearsal Thursday, Feb. 19, 9-10pm); for performances at
the Paper Moon dance on Friday, Feb. 20 and at the NHABDA-sponsored dance here
on Saturday, Feb. 21! The cost is
$100 per person. No prior
experience necessary, just a willingness to dance your best and attend practices
faithfully so that your Team can depend on
you!
Winter
Teen Ballroom, Latin & Swing class
for youth ages 11-18 starting next Thursday,
December 11! 12-week
course, Thursdays 4-5pm, Dec 11-March 11 (no
class Dec 25 or Jan 1).
Performance: Feb 21 at 8:30pm. Price: $120 per person. Contact Maria to join the 4 boys and 3 girls
who have already signed up!
Teen
Performance and Vacation Swing Dance Camp! The Fall Teen class will be performing
this Friday,
December 5, at 8:30pm (during our Social
Dance). Dance Camp will take place
on the 5 the weekdays between Friday, December 26 and Thursday, January 1,
11am-1pm. Campers will dance for 45 minutes, eat lunch together, and then dance
for another 45 minutes, with a mini-performance for parents and friends on Jan 1
at 12:45pm. Cost is $150 per camper.
Sign-up deadline is December 18 – contact Maria for
details!
December
Monthly Membership Passes are now available! $40 for unlimited social dances, $50 for
unlimited Beginner Drop-In Group Classes, or $60 for both! There are also several new Series
classes being offered in December, in a variety of dances and levels. The cost for the Series classes is $10
times the number of times the class will meet (i.e. $30 for a 3-week class, $40
for a 4-week class, etc).

will now be offering a Latin Dance Group Class
at Gold’s Gym Merrimack (right next door!) on Tuesdays from
7:45-8:45pm, free for Gold’s Gym members!

Competition
Update: The Discount Entry
Deadline for the Seacoast Classic is just 2 weeks away! The competition is on
January 10,
2004, just 10 minutes
north of Portsmouth. Final entry deadline is January 2. Couples may compete as Am-Am (2
Amateurs), or dance Pro-Am with Maria. Her dance card is filling up, so contact her as soon as possible to
